A porcelain tile 24 inches by 48 inches, usually in a marble look, laid with very few grout lines. It needs a flatter substrate and takes longer to set, so labour is higher than for standard tile. We quote it per project after seeing the floor.
Yes. Electric in-floor heating goes down before the tile and porcelain conducts it well. We install both together.
